Returning your Chilipepper CP6000 demand system for
warranty service or replacement
If you must return your Chilipepper to us here are some tips to help make the
process easier...
Please DO NOT include buttons, T fittings,
hoses, or any other parts. Return only the Chilipepper pump.
If you do include extra parts you might not get them back.
You can stuff a plastic bag into a 1/2" pipe nipple, turn off the shut-off
valves to the faucets, disconnect the two hoses from the fittings on the
Chilipepper pump, and connect them to the ends of the 1/" pipe nipple. The
plastic bag will prevent the hot and cold water from mixing.
You could also connect the Chilipepper hoses to two capped 1/2" pipe nipples.
Returning the Chilipepper Pump
To return your Chilipepper hot water pump to the factory for service, repair, or
replacement, or for any reason, here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Place a copy of your sales invoice into the package.
2. Place a note briefly describing the problem or reason for returning the unit
in the package.
